Accessibility and Alternative Formats

Accessible in Every Format and Every Language

More than one in four US adults has a disability, according to the CDC. We make your documents, forms and media usable with screen readers, in large print, braille, audio and ASL, in English and every language you translate into.

Where Access Meets Language

Most Vendors Do Translation or Accessibility. We Do Both, Together.

A translated PDF that a screen reader cannot open still leaves people out. Our linguists and accessibility specialists work on the same file, so a blind Vietnamese reader gets the same notice as everyone else, on the same day.

Standards We Work To

Built for the Rules You Report Against

ADA Title II
The DOJ rule sets WCAG 2.1 AA for state and local government websites, apps and posted documents.
Section 508
Federal agencies and the documents and technology they buy from contractors.
Section 1557
Health programs that receive federal funds, including taglines and auxiliary aids and services.
HHS Section 504
Health and human services providers that receive HHS funds must meet WCAG 2.1 AA online.

In April 2026 the DOJ extended the ADA Title II deadlines by one year: April 2027 for state and local governments serving 50,000 or more people, and April 2028 for smaller ones. We test to WCAG 2.1 AA, and to WCAG 2.2 on request, and keep this section current as guidance changes.
